Burn Time - For your first burn, let the candle melt all the way to the edges of the glass (about 2–3 hours). This helps create an even melt pool and prevents tunneling over time.

For ongoing use, burn your candle for 2–3 hours at a time. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours in a single session to protect both the wax and the wick.

Wick Care - Before each lighting, trim the wick to about 1/8 inch (3 mm). A shorter wick helps maintain a steady flame, reduces flickering and soot, and keeps your candle burning cleanly.

Make sure the wick is centered and upright before lighting, and only adjust or clean out any wick trimmings once the wax has cooled.

“Mushroom” Tops - A small carbon “mushroom” can form on the tip of the wick, especially with richly fragranced candles or longer burns.

If you notice this, blow out the candle, allow it to cool completely, then trim the wick and remove any loose pieces from the surface of the wax before relighting. This promotes a calmer flame and cleaner burn.

Safety Tips:

• Always burn candles within sight.
• Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, vents, or fans.
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials (curtains, papers, decor).
• Do not move or handle the candle until the glass and wax have fully cooled.
• Stop burning when about ¼ inch (6 mm) of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

Orders $100 and over ship for free. Otherwise, we have a flat fee of $9.95 for all candle orders. Orders ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS.

We ship within 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Most shipments take 2 to 5 days. 

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. 

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the delivery process is handled by the carrier. While we wish we could oversee every step of the journey, delivery is ultimately outside of our control. At this time, we’re unable to replace orders that are marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen.
