Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We have limited ability to modify orders once placed.

Orders ship Monday–Friday. Most orders take 1–3 business days to process, then 2–5 business days in transit by ground service.

During U.S. holidays and promotional periods, processing may take longer. Orders with incomplete or invalid payment may be delayed.

Where We Ship

We offer Standard Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or addresses outside the continental U.S.

Carriers

Orders ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS at Omnia Home’s discretion.

Tracking & Order Updates

You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Need to correct an address? Email info@myomniahome.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, changes are no longer possible.

Address Errors & Return to Sender

Packages returned due to insufficient/incorrect address will be refunded once received back at our facility.

Shipping addresses are taken exactly as entered at checkout; please double-check before submitting your order.

Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed or held by the carrier, please contact FedEx/UPS/USPS directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact your local carrier first (some deliveries scan early or are held for pickup for 4–6 business days).

Lost or Stolen Shipments: Please file a claim with the carrier (FedEx/UPS/USPS). Omnia Home does not assume responsibility for packages without proof of mis-delivery and will not reship or refund until a carrier claim confirms the package was not delivered.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days with photos at info@myomniahome.com. Include your order number and the item name so we can help quickly.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard U.S. Shipping on orders $30+ (subtotal after discounts and rewards are applied).

Flat rate $5.99 for orders under $30. If a discount drops your subtotal below $30, the flat rate applies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
