Returns & Exchanges
At Omnia Home, we want you to genuinely enjoy your products. If something feels off, we’re here to make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when:
- The item is unused and in new and original condition.
- The product is not damaged, except in cases where the damage occurred during shipping
Because of the nature of home fragrance and personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, as these cannot be safely restocked or resold.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@myomniahome.com within 10 days of receipt.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
Once we review your case, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email info@myomniahome.com with your order number.
We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions, including the return address.
- Return shipping: Omnia Home does not cover return shipping costs or services. Please choose your preferred carrier and keep the tracking number.

Refunds: A refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
